Nevada Republican Senate candidate Sam Brown warned voters that a second term for President Joe Biden would result in more American service members killed and wounded like he was in Afghanistan, sharing his story in a moving speech to the Republican National Convention on Tuesday.

Brown won the nomination to the Senate for his state after receiving an endorsement from former President Donald Trump, to whom he enthusiastically returned the favor during his speech. He is facing incumbent Sen. Jacky Rosen (D-NV) in the November legislative election.

Brown offered a brief speech in which he introduced himself and explained his urgency to ensure that Biden – whose policies led to return of the Taliban to power in Afghanistan – did not remain in power another four years. more

  1. I have figured out why democrats despise the military. They volunteer to put on the uniform and defend our country with their lives because of a deep and abiding love and respect for all we have. Democrats have nothing that they’d literally risk their lives to defend. Abortion? Immigration? DEI? The military has something the left doesn’t understand and never will. It’s called guts.

  2. How does he feel about the Ukraine quagmire? More importantly, how would he vote? I’m sure his opponent has voted for every weapon and dollar sent there, and she’d gladly vote to put US soldiers directly into the war when it comes to that point. Afghanistan was a tragic debacle, but we’re hip-deep in another one. What say you, Sam Brown?
