Seniors’ residence in Quebec City wins battle against Pokémon Go players

Yahoo.ca: A seniors’ residence in Quebec City could finally get rid of the swarms of Pokémon Go players that disturb its residents every night.

Habitations du Trait-Carré in the Charlesbourg district has received an assurance from game maker Niantic that it would remove virtual features from the game that attract players.

The residential complex is the site of several “Pokestops” and an arena where players can stock up on virtual items and complete with other players.  MORE

  1. This thing is completely out of control. The week after the game was released, one of the characters was actually in the petition room of my court, mere feet from my cubicle. I doubt very much it was there to file a petition for an Order of Protection against Pikachu.

  2. i do not live in the middle of nowhere – i live in the undiscovered far-off hinterlands of nowhere…..last month, a young visitor from new jersey found three of the benighted things on our property – ONE IN OUR LIVING ROOM…….what gives this company the right to litter the world with their little monsters, without even bothering to ask permission???
