    And the criminal justice racket is paying Officer GED his hourly rate/pension/benefits to chase Stupid Midlife ‘Julia’ around a dumpster, then ‘collect empty cans’ as evidence?
    And once booked, the Prosecutor, Judge and Public Defender all line up at their hourly rates plus pension liabilities’ benefits and plant costs to run the courthouse, jail, shuttle vans etc.

    Modest proposal. Let the Obama Voter quietly huff as much as she can afford. Free society. I’m also in favor of letting her eat Red meat, white sugar, cheap booze and cheap smokes.

    Price of a free society. Criminalizing victimless stupidity is more stupid (and costly) than the original stupid behavior you are trying to deter.

13. I fell for the, “firebreather.” She kind of looks like a gypsy and why else would she need a fancy, fake diamond on her cheek?
    That she’s just a cheap huffer is somewhat of a let down.
