I have not been in that many courtrooms, but I’ve been in a few different types like Federal, County, Family, Criminial, Civil, etc., and while things were done somewhat differently in each one, they mostly seemed to have a common theme of gravity and decorum. I do not remember any of these judges, even for piddly stuff, putting up with antics from the table on either side, and quickly shut that shit down if they started to misbehave.
That said, this woman was a PROSECUTOR!
Is THIS how she acted before the bar? In a courtroom? In front of a judge and jury?
And they LET her?!?
…anyone who knows more about courtrooms in general and CA courts in particular, please help me out. Is this something that’s just NORMAL now? What time I spent in courts was some time ago, so maybe they just don’t take it as seriously now, please bring me up to date as to whether she’s typical or aberrent.
