  4. So it was an automatic death sentence? Remember the guy listed on top of the warrant, the one who shot one of the keystone cops was never charged with shit. In fact I believe he was given a cash settlement

  6. Brad, it’s clear what you think about this case, but how do we deal with legions of career criminals and our FAILING criminal justice system? Realistically, all cops could/should quit their jobs tomorrow.

    If you say, first kill all the lawyers, I would agree. Starting with all the ones that are career politicians who gave us this mess.

    There was no justice served here. LE has changed their stories multiple times. Is this acceptable because she was black? It’s LE responsibility to keep everyone safe. Yes including themselves. I’m no rocket surgeon, but I’m confident I could apprehend these two with no blood shed. If LE will kick their door down in the middle of the night, they will do the same to you and I. Anyway you cut it, the woman deserved her day in court. I guess I split from the majority here in my views about this. But I’m a big fan of the Constitution and none of that document was applied in this case. Trust me when I tell you I have not joined Black Lives Splatter.

  9. sorry Brad, but the constitution does NOT apply any longer and has not meant squat since at least the turn of the century.

    The “patriot act”, the “NDAA”, and the “FISA courts”, are ALL unconstitutional yet they got “voted” into power, given the weight of “laws”, and have continuously got “renewed” every time they come up for a “vote” from the people who supposedly represent us and have sworn an oath to uphold the constitution!

    All of the things I put into quotation marks violate the constitution in MANY ways and yet the old “shall make no laws that supersede the constitution” gets ignored in favor of elites consolidating their power over everyone else and being able to order your imprisonment/death without any concern about your “freedoms” because you have none.

    The only way to fix this is with a civil war but since most americans have been pussified to the point of no return this will never happen and as time moves forward the veil will continued to be lifted ever so slowly so that by the time most realize the facts it will be too late to do anything about it.

    We were warned but did nothing about it so now its time to live with it and get used to living like a sheep on its knees.

  11. The bigger question in this case is did the police create this problem because the two suspects were black. The narrative being hyped is that it was a racist attack. All of the national outrage is due to that suggestion.
    Sloppy police work? Possibly, when all the details come to light it may very well be, but to imply that the two were pursued because they were black is just another example of the distorted reporting that’s so rampant today.

  15. I think her boyfriend tried to use her as a ‘shield.’
    It could have been better done and better timed in a better place, but when it did happen, I think he used her as a shield.
    That’s what I think.
