Breitbart: A brush fire erupted on Wednesday near Castaic Lake, just north of southern California’s Santa Clarita — a Los Angeles suburb behind the San Fernando Valley.
The Hughes fire has been moving rapidly since first breaking out, advancing more than 500 acres in roughly an hour due to the massive winds and dry weather facing the area. Evacuation orders have since been called in. Video shared on social media demonstrated the fire’s growing power. more
SNIP: Gee…Most of these fires (big or small) seem to be attracted to water. Weird, huh?

Greasy Gavin is done… well done!
Santa Clarita is right at the end of the Grape Vine when descending down into the L.A. Basin. It’s a growing little town. Home to Magic Mountain Amusement park. It leans red. That’s our half way stopping off point when driving from NorCal to AZ. It’s on a hill side and you can look up on the hill side and see the massive new subdivisions they’ve built. They all have a very definitive fence line right behind the last row of cookie cutter houses. You know what’s missing on the other side of that fence. A FREAKEN FIRE BREAK. It’s fence, a narrow dirt road and nothing but scrub brush. There’s probably 10 sub divisions just like that. At least in NorCal we’re smart enough to cut fire breaks. BIG ONES.
Maybe Newscum apologists will STFU this time.
