  1. Release them to go home with the stipulation that if they are ever found here again, they’ll go straight to GITMO for their remaining days. This was their one and only “Get Out Of Jail Free” card.

  2. 🛑🛑 Try breaking the law in South Korea, see what the do to you 🛑🛑

Even if you come in legally on the proper work visa, they’ll rob you blind, harass you out the door, steal your money. Try going to the Korean courts and a Korean judge, they’ll find every which way to toss the claim out, even if the law is clearly stated. No foriengers win against native Koreans in Korea.

    Ask me anything…

  3. Release them on conditions:

    Korea pays:
    1. Highest rate of fines/penalties for each of their workers for fraudulently obtaining any visa other than a work visa.

    2. All U.S. administrative fees for processing their illegal workers, including: ICE/DHS/HSI -related activities employed to discover, arrest, and process their illegal workers (including the operation of the buses used to transport them).

    3. All federal, state, and local employment and other taxes which were avoided by the use of tourist visas; adjusted to reflect the average hourly wage of U.S. workers performing the same work over the same time period.

  4. South Korea is a “frenemy” of the United States. They want their spy operatives returned to South Korea safe and sound. They are arrogant enough to expect from the US what they might not obliged to Americans doing the same thing. It would mean prison for breaking S. Korean laws.

  5. Here’s the dope on these illegals. S Korea agreed to this battery plant after mucho arm twisting by Trump. The only problem for the Koreans was staffing it with maff confident employees. That left out most Americans who are getting teachers’ unions edumacations.

So they let the employees lie on their visa apps so they could come to work. Yeah it’s illegal but not a speed boat with 4 outboards and full of meth illegal.

Ain’t the same rodeo. Come down on the POS Randi Wingarten.

S Korea builds some of the best cars in the world because their population takes education seriously.
