Benito, when our family was young I had a Cheasapeak Bay Retriever who was designated baby sitter for the entire damn neighborhood on the traditional Saturday barbecues. Always held at my house. That dog was hell on wheels but knew his responsibility. Kept them out of the street and on our property. The kids loved the hell out of him. Come time to leave I’d have to go retrieve the kids as he wouldn’t let the parents approach them. He wasn’t mean about it, he’d just get between the parents and the kids. Awesome dog.
