MADRID (AP) — No clothes? No beach. Court rules against Spanish naturists.
Nudists have lost a seven-year legal battle for access to a popular tourist resort beach on Spain’s southwestern tip.
The Supreme Court rejected an appeal by the Spanish Federation of Naturism against local government legislation prohibiting nudists to use beaches within the historic port city of Cadiz. The federation had argued that nudism could be considered a fundamental right to freedom of ideology as defended by Spain’s constitution.
The court disagreed, saying in a ruling Friday that local authorities of Cadiz had the power to “manage properly the use of its services, equipment, infrastructure, facilities and public spaces.” It said the federation had failed to make a convincing case that nudism was “at this moment, an accepted practice by the majority of beachgoers.” more
Especially for MJA. Because I know deep down in side she’s a swinger.

The solution is simple. Just find a place with few people and lots of coastline, and have all your nudie buddies move there and run for political office. Then make it legal to let it all to hang out.
I’m thinking Greenland.
I have a friend who worked in Greenland on radar. Before he went, they told him ‘there’s a girl behind every tree.’
You sure they didn’t say behind every bush?
Life Equation:
The likelihood of a person willingly appearing in the nude in public is inversely proportional to the general public’s willingness to see them.
Some life rules for the beach.
1. Everyone looks better wearing some sort of swimwear.
2. Men over 40 who wear Speedos in public should be arrested.
3. If people start pouring water on you and dragging you back into the ocean so you won’t die, it’s time to put on a shirt.
