Looks like Thai food, wait till you try the desert.
What exactly was that pointer he was using at the end?
Ok…this is weird but I was just about to make spicy peanut soup (but mine has sweet potato).

@KMM, I saw that, too. I think I heard him drop it on the floor! It went “clunk”.
@JLJ, what is your recipe? Sounds great.
Coastal Ecuadorian cooking uses peanut butter in many recipes. I can make a pot of stuffed green plantain dumplings in beef stew (caldo de bolas de verde) fairly easily, after 30 some years of practice.
I stir honey roast peanut butter sometimes with jam into oatmeal. I’ve been known to make peanut butter omelets, I put it on french toast or between waffles and scrambled eggs. I use the stuff on apples, etc. But that right there is just wrong.
Making peanut butter by twisting peanuts in hands and chopping vegetables by smacking with pan is clearly fake.
Brown up some bits of sausage then scramble an egg into it and make a little omelet. Top with a slice of cheese while you’re cooking the other side. Meanwhile, toast an English muffler and slap some peanut butter on each half. By now, the egg will be about done, you can make it into a breakfast sammich. I like to add some taco sauce.
Try some peanut butter on a tuna sandwich. It will keep the bread from getting all soggy.
You’re welcome!
My chicken with orzo soup and grilled cheese sandwiches were delish today…..
I’m glad I ate when I did.

Peanuts and peanut butter is used in several West African recipes.
Heres an upscale version;

I’ve had peanut stew many times during my lefty activist days and if done right it’s delicious.
