Deliberate destruction of evidence puts the onus on the spoiler. It basically says that your actions are assumed to be a manifestation of your guilt. If guilty of spoliation there is no reason to try you on the original charge because you are presumed guilty.
Who’s going to charge them? I listened to one of the state senators today and he said they don’t have the authority to arrest them, all they can do is refer criminal activity to the AG.
Hell, Dominion has came out and pretty much admitted, yeah we have the passwords and no we’re not giving them to you. So proof the election board weren’t even running the election, Dominion was. Obviously Dominion isn’t too worried and neither is this board or they wouldn’t ignore subpoenas.
Don’t tell Lizzy Cheney about this, it might spoil her plans to run for President. That’s another spoliation I can’t wait to read about.
This is what you get when Hillary and the IRS goon weren’t prosecuted for destroying evidence.
The old racist has the nub of it. Without prosecution, there is no law.
Betcha democrats are doing a whole lotta spoliatizing all across this nation right now, especially in places like GA, WI, PA, NH, and Michigan.
It’s gonna take a while because of the fight to hide the truth but they shall be exposed for the cheaters they are.
Kinda puts a different twist on “To the victors, the spoils”.
Ivan, which evidence and court are you referring to?
Ivan, you’re a real critical thinker!
Keep listening to cnn ya imbecile!
Ivan’s gone. His fishsticks were ready.
Dang! I missed Ivan’s nonsense?
