Statue of Liberty Gets Struck By Lightning During Wild New York Storm

GP: On Thursday, a lightning bolt struck the Statue of Liberty’s torch during a severe storm in New York.

Photographer Dan Martland captured the moment when the lightning bolt hit the Statue of Liberty and posted the photo of the moment on X.

Martland wrote, “The Statue of Liberty getting zapped by a bolt of lightning.”

“I usually shoot the city in storms, but I couldn’t see anything with all the low clouds. This is why I went close to the Statue of Liberty. Just wanted to see something.” added Martland. more

Time is short and He will return soon and if you continue living the way you are it won’t be a lighting strike or politics that you will worry about, but His wrath and anger.   2. Fuck New York, the only goddamn tornado in Virginia passed 2 miles away from my house, wiped out one house, damaged others, and took down a few miles of trees. I could hear it from my front porch. No one was hurt seriously, but I feel for the folks that lost their house.

  3. Just a reminder. An earthquake struck DC in 2011, during the reign of Barky, damaging the Washington monument. Make of it what you will. I take these events as warnings.

    And for those who worry that our worldly governments can control the weather and trigger earthquakes, these happenings should give comfort that those who would presume to control such events—much less control the climate—are puny and insignificant in comparison to our creator.
