Wow. Look at the map in the article. Ukraine gained 143 square miles out of the massive amount of Ukraine occupied by Russia. This is a losing battle, and we are pouring our arms and treasure down a rat hole.
Let me put this into perspective for you. I used to manage a department in a retail outfit. I went to one of the owners and told him, better figure out a reason to fire that bookkeeper. He said:: Are you nuts, she’s the best bookkeeper we’ve ever had. I told him that she is out in the casino gambling and goes to Reno or Vegas monthly. He says: We know, she had a newspaper from the casino with her picture on the front page. She won $50K on the slots. I had to explain to him that my dad and his buddies in the retail tire business had a lot of experience with her type. They never mentioned that they lost $200K of THEIR money in the months leading up to the big win. Funny how that works, isn’t it?
About eight or ten months after I left there I went in to buy something and he told me that she got them for a half million. I said to him, she admitted to a half million or the forensic account has quantified the total loss. You do know that as a rule of thumb what they admit to rarely exceeds 20%. He closed the conversation by sarcastically thanking me for reminding him of that.
This Ukrainian shit show has been now less obvious in what has been being reported being only half the story. Nobody has been fooled, particularly the NYT.

The ability to lie, distort, hurt others and even kill with no remorse or guilt is a key requirement to be a successful politician. These people lack any compassion for others, are driven by greed and avarice and do not care that they’re destroying everything in their path as long as they amass money / power for themselves. As a matter of fact, the more EVIL a politician is, the more successful he will be. Satan is hard at work and has captured the hearts and minds of many. Good eventually prevails but it’s what happens until that occurs that’s troubling.
