This has been tried on an experimental basis in several cities in Europe.
Since I haven’t heard any about its being a success, I doubt it works out well.
I can’t imagine how a Veteran living on disability due to losing his or her limbs would feel seeing this woman get paid just for existing.

$500 is an insult! They are trying to buy the silence of the Oppressed with these token payments. Nothing less than $75,000 per year with subsidized housing and medical care will even start the healing process.
