Daily Signal: Oregon state Rep. Dwayne Yunker began asking questions when he discovered the state was using tax dollars to bring developmentally disabled clients to a strip club this past summer.
Yunker—a Republican lawmaker in a very blue state with a Democrat super majority in the legislature—has exposed this and other controversial Medicaid spending in the state that has little or nothing to do with medical or health issues. more h/t JDHasty
The strip club part reminds me of One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest when they hire the prostitutes.
Strip clubs can have some occupational therapy value. One learns to handle physical money (although I find tucking my bills in a wallet easier than trying to put them into a G string). You learn budgeting: if I have $100 dollars, how many lap dances can I get and still order another cocktail? There is ample opportunity for comparative anatomy analysis, and the female reproductive system can be examined at your leisure at a fairly modest cost.
All in all, there seems to be plenty of learning experiences at the strip club.

…married guys who stumble home squiffed at 3 am with glitter on them may learn some stuff about divorce laws and the economics of alimony also…
Fuck Joe Biden!
Did they state “that the rest of the money was just wasted?”
