If Congress has already designated that money to be spent on the U.S. military, by what authority can Biden spend it on anything else? My thinking is that it would either need to be used as originally intended, or else remanded to Congress and designated for something else — Joe can’t just spend it on whatever he chooses. Of course, that thinking only applies if one were to actually follow the law, which seems to be an out-dated concept.
@Heatsync – the Bidenministration has conveyed the middle finger to both Congress and SCOTUS re following any laws or rulings. Student loan forgiveness just the most obvious example. Giving all of those illegals, I mean ‘newcomers’, $10,000 debit cards and free housing another example.
