The court did reveal it’s true make up, five liberals and four conservatives. The two women that Oblowme appointed have no constitutional authority at all.
One question that has bothered me most of my adult life; why are Democrats so much better at picking SCOTUS judges than Republicans? Is it because they give better Christmas parties or is there a tacit agreement (written in blood) that along with the coveted confirmation comes a promise that you will strictly adhere to the party line or your children will all be murdered?
Dem. picks vote 100% with the party line, GOP picks, maybe, what, 50% of the time and usually on stuff devoid of cultural significance. Clarence Thomas never lets us down, and Alito does his share, but the rest?
Since power abhors a vacuum, the branch of government both willing and able to shape policy will naturally do so, thus, the Supreme Court will legislate from the bench because the Legislative Branch refuses to get it’s hands dirty.

Then that would be three liberals and four conservatives. And yet, the majority kneels before the minority. So, in actuality, “we” have any number of liberals and a bunch of cucks. Same as it ever is.
So you can make an illegal executive order, but to cancel it, you “need a good reason.”
