The bad witch has a point. An incumbent president’s own party dumping him without taking the party to rack and ruin would be unprecedented and would require an extraordinarily light touch. It goes without saying that it has to look like leaving was the president’s idea or else his partisans — and Biden has more than a few — would scream bloody murder and rip the party to shreds.
Yet there is a consensus growing around the idea that Biden needs to go. The debate over how that’s done is happening very quietly. And it hasn’t involved any of the party leadership or party influencers — at least not yet.
But according to the New York Times, the “whispers” are beginning to grow louder.
Midway through the 2022 primary season, many Democratic lawmakers and party officials are venting their frustrations with President Biden’s struggle to advance the bulk of his agenda, doubting his ability to rescue the party from a predicted midterm trouncing and increasingly viewing him as an anchor that should be cut loose in 2024.
Joe Biden is in no danger from nervous backbench congressmen and hand-wringing, low-level party functionaries. But the movers and shakers are listening nevertheless. It doesn’t take a political genius to see the polls and Biden’s lack of approval. more

America is in shocked mourning tonight as President Pelosi begins an investigation into the assasinations of President Biden and Vice President Harris by a MAGA hat wearing White man armed with an AR-15 assault weapon, who was found dead in his sniper post by FBI agents who just happened to be nearby at the time. It is believed he is affiliated with the Trump campaign and various White Supremacists terror groups, but it is unclear how he accesses the secure area as he apparently disabled all the security cameras; however, it is believed that members of the Congressional Freedom Caucus aided him in bypassing security for this heinous act. In response to a manifesto found by FBI agents that has not been made available as the investigation is ongoing, President Pelosi has suspended habeus corpus and enacted marital law to preserve the Government, and arrests of opposition party members thought to be aligned with Insurrectionist are being conducted at this hour. She has appointed Hillary Clinton as her Vice President, and has cancelled elections until further notice due to the emergency. It is thought too that this attack on our democracy will be accompanied by a bioweapons attack, and she will be holding a press conference within the hour on nationwide emergency lockdown orders to begin to deal with the crisis, as well as executive orders pertaining to taking the guns out of the hands of potential insurrectionists on a house-by-house basis as soon as possible, and by force as necessary.
