  1. When interviewed by police, Fish reportedly told investigators that “I’m an idiot” and he just wanted to be friends with the students.

To be fair, he’s not much older than them, but why in the hell do teachers and parents always want to be friends with their students and kids? I just don’t get it, I’m old but I remember being a kid and I never wanted to be friends with my parents. I never wanted to be friends with my teachers.

As a parent I never wanted to be friends with my kids and if a teacher had said they wanted to be their friend I would have informed that teacher if they got within 100 feet of my kid I’d beat the shit out of them.

That’s probably how all of this sex with kids get started, “I just want to be your friend.”
