LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Outdoorsman and rocker Ted Nugent is headed to Lansing this Wednesday, June 25, to give state lawmakers an earful about alleged abuses of the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR) – including those he says were committed against him personally.
The hearing – a joint meeting of three House committees – kicks off at 10:30 a.m. The agenda? “DNR Accountability.” The main attraction? A camo-clad rock legend who owns a 340-acre hunting ranch in Jackson County. Nugent will be showing up in Lansing with his long memory and a longer list of grievances.
According to Rep. Ken Borton (R-Gaylord), who chairs the House Agriculture and Natural Resources Subcommittee, Nugent, an avid hunter and conservative activist, plans to air out how the DNR allegedly uses “lawfare” to bully landowners, hunters, and others into compliance or financial ruin. more
SNIP: Go get ’em, Uncle Ted.
FTA: he called Whitmer a communist and Joe Biden a gangster.
Well he’s not wrong! In fact it would be pretty fair statement to say that most any prominent democRAT is a Socialist/Communist today… and they all vote in lock-step with each other even to the point of sitting on their collective hands not to clap for a Black boy with brain cancer!
Doesn’t Pennsylvania have this problem, too?
Every state has this problem because wildlife officials all get the same indoctrination from state colleges. It’s all about selling public resources back to the public.
I prefer the road kills because you don’t have to drag them out of the woods.
It’s hard to buck the system.
Not just archery season. Firearm and muzzleloader seasons need to be expanded in a lot of areas. I think the Mi DNR is on the payroll of the insurance companies.
We should teach the deer to look both ways before crossing the road.
And they refuse to cross at the designated deer crossings.
AOC, Kumala- or move the deer crossing signs to somewhere safer for them.
The DNR is the biggest mafia organization ever! Want to go fishing, pay me, oh you want to caught a diffrent kind of fish, pay me. Want to hunt pay me, oh you want to hunt this animal too, pay me. We think you may be using illegal methods so were here to check it out, warrant nope don’t need one
Ted had a large property near Glennie Michigan when a lived up there many years ago.
Michigans DNR and government is I feel a big reason he now resides in Texas.
