HOUSTON (FOX 26) – A man charged with capital murder, fell behind on payments of his ankle monitor device. So he was able to walk free unmonitored for two weeks.

Clint Walker is accused in the deadly robbery of a game room back in 2016.

  1. Either the company that provides the monitoring broke a rule or nobody was smart enough to foresee an event like this taking place. I mean if you can’t trust a person who breaks laws who can you trust. What a bunch of stupidity. I smell a progressive liberal somewhere in this.
