Trump is impressing me as either being one of two things;

And to top it off, they are trying to spin this as Obama’s last budget. I guess that means the 800 billion stimulus package back in 2009 was G.W. Bush’s budget.

Mulvaney held a press conference saying this was a negotiating win for the administration. It was a good attempt and I really like the guy. But some unknown miles of 20′ high steel see through fence, replacing a rickety stretch of pathetic chain link, is a far cry from the secure border wall most citizens have in mind.
