GP: Gov. Greg Abbott of Texas is taking a long-term approach to controlling illegal immigration at the southern border. He isn’t merely plugging along just until the 2024 election returns Trump to the Oval Office — if it does.
Abbott doesn’t have that luxury. He’s been in politics long enough to know that anything can happen. Thus, he needs to act as if nothing will, beyond what is already occurring.
Texas is being invaded and the rest of the country has been inundated with spillover problems as the Biden administration intentionally fails to secure the border. With every new body that enters our nation illegally, the Democrats are adding to their voter base. So why would they stop the flow? more
I believe New York’s AG made a request this past week for more migrants.
The number I heard was in the 300 some million range so I think Texas needs to send them all there.
And mean while a branch of the US Military is running down scenarios to confront Texas National Guard. War games against our own country. That was one of the Halfricans major goals. A military that would fire on it’s own people.

Maybe Abbot is VP mater=ial. I certainly like some things he’s done recently. Other people have reservations – like why did he take three years to take action?
I dunno, maybe he’d be a good pick for Trump, since Trump is asking for suggestions.
If Trump does win the election, he has to be a lot more careful about who he selects in his Administration and should not let any of his direct relatives have a role. It’s nepotism.
