He was likely very calm because he was armed and because she didn’t appear to be.

This goes beyond mental illness which is not always violent. It’s demonic possession. Violence is indicative of demonic activity. Amother trait of demon possession is the host has no regard for safety, mortality or doing harm to others. Consequences for their behavior is never considered by them either.
The guy was very wise not to interact with that lunatic. It Would have done more harm than good. The demoniac woman bangs her head and face against the window, pulls out a knife and slices tires and the vehicle. She’s under demonic control. There really is no other explanation for her actions.
