KFI: Training for a marathon can be intimidating. Sore heels, blisters, and pulled muscles are all part and parcel of making it the 26.2 miles.

  1. “to provide food for elementary students who might otherwise go hungry on the weekend”

  2. I used the famed Henny Youngman training regimen to prepare for this race and it worked well enough for me to finish in the top tier. Here’s the regimen:

Get up at 5:00 am sharp and take a brisk walk. At 5:04 am, turn off the light in the bathroom and go back to bed.
