LOL! I think I get it. The band “Europe” singing a warning (Muslim hordes, economic collapse etc.) while people go about their business – clueless.

No, wait – I get it now! It’s “your rope” (Europe) singing about being down for the count at the end (“final count down”) and “it’s what you do” (buy GEICO). So – when you’re at the end of your rope, and feeling down for the count, buy GEICO! Got it!
