we recently watched the 1937 Topper movie on TCM on demand.
I also watched a few episodes of the Topper television show from the 1950s, which I enjoyed as a kid.
In the show, Ann Jeffreys (Marian Kerby) was introduced as the ghosted with the mostest.

The Topper shows are on YouTube without commercials and with the Camel ads. John Wayne even did some of the Camel ads. The cast did these commercials too. Never was tempted to smoke them. https://youtu.be/PDRDR1_OqPE
John Wayne, horseback, rides into a cemetery, stops, looks around, drawls, “Now this here’s Marlboro country” would have been an effective anti-smoking ad.

Michael Keaton can play anything — Batman, Beetleljuice, Ray Kroc (The Founder), multiple clones (Multiplicity), the newspaper editor in Spotlight… drama, comedy, satire, you name it. He can do it all.

Don’t forget his two recent bird-related roles as the title character in “Birdman” and the Vulture in “Spider-man: Homecoming.”
