The latest argument against private gun ownership is what I will call the Uterus Defense.
Well, as a thinking woman, I’m pretty sure you have no earthly idea how stupid this statement is.
Now, I possess a uterus.
And last time I checked, I have never had to leave my uterus at home when I went to the movies, a mall, a public school, a hospital, an airport, a college campus, a sporting event, a restaurant or a government building.
For the life of me I cannot recall needing to undergo a background check before having my uterus installed. But then again, I was in my mother’s allegedly over-regulated womb at the time. So I guess I should ask her if I did. read more
