When this douchebag was mayor of Burlington VT he cleared up their homeless problem by moving all the street people to a little town on the border call Richford. Richford used to be a nice place to live. I lived about three miles away and used to have to lock our doors. Thank the Lord that Vermont has no gun laws and we could carry openly.
