BigHollywood- ABC’s The View has lost two major advertisers, after co-hosts of the show made critical comments about the nursing profession earlier this week.
Johnson & Johnson and Eggland’s Best announced Thursday they have withdrawn advertisements from The View after its hosts mocked nurses following the Miss America pageant during its Monday broadcast.
“Johnson & Johnson values and appreciates nurses and we respect the critical role they play in our healthcare system,” the company told TheWrap. “We disagree with recent comments on daytime television about the nursing profession and we have paused our advertising accordingly.” MORE

They’ll bitch (sorry) about violation of their First Amendment rights. A-holes.
It’s doubtful the coven will care — unless they’re forced to apologize to the nursing profession. Hard to imagine Joyless Behar groveling to anyone.
Just two? The View should all its advertisers. Ignorant clots.
Johnson & Johnson, and Eggland’s Best should be applauded.
Why isn’t the show cancelled? I mean, how many times can you watch pigs eat? Are the ratings produced by the BLS?
I would rather soot my foot with a nail gun than waatch that suit but does anyone know any other cool advertisers we can email and threaten??
Like I just wrote about Hillary, I have never punched a woman, however…
Speaking of Hillary’s lack of accomplishments, can anyone name one Joy Baher’s accomplishments?? Even a tangential one??
That’s going to leave a mark!
Joy Bahar is what the Housewife on the State Farm commercial imagined when she asked ‘Jake from State Farm’ was wearing.
Isn’t it ironic, a bunch of hags with no beauty and no talent sitting around making snarky comments about someone who has both in spades.
Joyless Butthair!
And lose its drone viewers.
They didn’t hesitate to cancel that Duck show for its Christian ethic!
They are b*tchy pathetic assh*les………..good for them. Hope their show ends up in the toilet where it belongs
…whoppin’ barf burger sure moves the
show along .. eh ..
Not even an imaginary one!
I never saw the show. I got rid of my TV years ago. It was just collecting dust anyway. And I sort of had an idea of what “The View” was about. Who would waste time on this drivel?
Nope. Their 1A rights are not being violated at all. They have every right to speak their “mind”. And the advertisers have every right to spend their company’s money where they wish. . . or don’t wish.
Now, tell me again, just WHO’S rights are being violated?
(chirp. . . chirp. . . chirp. . . )
She once ate 23 lbs. at a local pig shit eating contest … does that count?
