Wasn’t the first Marcos bad enough. I remember how bad the Philippines was under Marcos’s authoritarian rule when I was in the PI in the Navy in the early 1970’s. The Filipino people deserve better than the son of Marcos retread.
Richard Daly Jr. was the son of a corrupt Chicago mayor (Richard Daly Sr.) but Junior turned out to be a very good mayor of Chicago. In any event, the Phillipines is going to bolt from the US and it’s broke, corrupt, idiot-infested government, and run to China.
