Born in April 1941 in Paris, Auger began her career as a model and represented France at the 1958 Miss World competition.
On the side she was taking acting lessons, winning small cinema parts to gradually earn a reputation as an actress in France, including the 1962 Three Musketeers film “The Iron Mask”.

The hands on the clock will take us all.
Didn’t she murder her boyfriend? Oh wait, that was Claudine Longet. My bad.
Life is harsh. Beautiful young girls become matronly, get saggy and wrinkled, and eventually die.
God is the only comfort.
A lot of the original ones have gone.
We’re talking 53 years ago, after all, and some were established actresses (Eunice Gayson, Molly Peters, etc.) before they were Bonded.
RIP. 1958…I was too young to appreciate her work…
She lasted longer than a lot of young mid-20th century stars. I watch old movies, and I check the bios on the stars. A large number of them died in middle age of heart disease and lung cancer. I wonder what her cause of death was.
Don’t liberals keep telling us that Euro’s live longer than Americans?
Thirdtwin – Her cause of death wuz earning $70,000 so Far this year working 0nline…

This shows us all just how short our lives are. When you’re young you think you have all the time in the world. Remember all those hot girls in high school you’d have done anything to go out with?
