Tim Burchett: Failed Trump assassin Thomas Crooks was ‘programmed’ by CIA, dark intel ops

BPR: Statements from administration officials weren’t enough to keep Tennessee Rep. Tim Burchett from suspecting CIA involvement in motivating one of President Donald Trump’s would-be assassins.

Nearly 10 months into the president’s second administration, supporters have found themselves voicing frustration that the public hasn’t been brought any closer to understanding how the nation was almost irrevocably changed in Butler, Pennsylvania. Now, after Tucker Carlson had spurred the FBI to respond to a report about Thomas Crooks’ online activity, the Republican congressman voiced his suspicion that the CIA was behind grooming the would-be assassin via something like MK-Ultra.

Appearing on “The Benny Johnson” show on Friday, Burchett did not discredit statements from Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, FBI Director Kash Patel, and FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino regarding the investigation. Rather, he suggested deeper corruption at play, keeping them from seeing the whole picture. more

If true, this would indicate that Patel and Bongino were doing a crappy job and not up to the task at hand.

This also bolsters my disappointment that 10 months, very few heads have rolled, pink slips given out, and internal investigations launched into the abject corruption we all know exists, including Patel himself.

Maybe its just me not managing my expectations, but I thought Patel and Bongino were going to bring in a fire hose and disinfect every crevice of that den of inequity we call the FBI, but snakes still prevail there, and if Patel can’t get a handle on it, purge the obstructionists and deadbeats, and bring in some dedicate patriots who understand law and order, then we really are fucked.

“We have a responsibility to speak out even when it’s uncomfortable.”

Man, that sure sounds a lot like a faux slogan,”No one is above the law,” the dems used to lawfare Trump.

Cruz should treat lightly and learn to read the room. Separating yourself from the competition might make sense in your politics 101 handbook, but the people aren’t stupid. Loyalty is a Republican trait; you have been warned.

Yea, right there with you. They get in there and then its all about protecting the agency. That’s got to change. I was hopeful they’d do it. Now they’re covering for a CIA sponsored hit on the current President. I think their balls have failed to drop. Oh and thank God for Tucker Carlson. He’s not always on point, but when he is he’s a force to be reckoned with.
