As heartwarming as that photo is, I agree that it is likely a hoax.
It’s a set up. There’s no water in that toilet and it’s cleaner than any public toilet I’ve ever seen. Fake!
I just can’t believe anybody would do such a stupid thing. If you don’t burn it first, it will clog the pipes!
