    What do they call it, a preference cascade? Some of the leading sheep get to moving and the rest of the flock will push them until they’re all running to the new preference. Government censorship, propaganda and coercion can’t really control the cascade if it gets rolling, they either get driven along or resort to force to maintain the status quo.
