JTN: Former President Donald Trump on Monday blasted Joe Biden for spending President’s Day with Ukrainians rather than the victims of a devastating train wreck in Ohio, suggesting it sent a powerful message of neglect to voters in a key election battleground state.
“Those are great people, and they were abandoned,” Trump said in a wide-ranging interview set to air on the Just the News, No Noise television show on Real Americas’s Voice on Monday evening.
Biden has yet to visit the residents of East Palestine, Ohio, more than two weeks after a train derailed, caught fire and spewed toxic chemicals into the environment, killing animals and fish and raising worries about contamination of air and drinking water.
The Biden team belatedly dispatched the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) chief and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), but has rejected making a disaster declaration. more here

The people of East Palestine probably don’t want him there and his handlers know it. i live in PIttsburgh and experienced the hatred and vitriol that President Trump was subjected to when he visited here after the Tree of Life synagogue massacre. He came to offer emotional support and convey his condolences to the families and community. It didn’t matter why he was here. No one in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of the city where the massacre took place thought his presence was appropriate because most of them believed he was the cause of it.
Frankly if I voted for Trump i wouldn’t want resident Biden in my town either, unless he was there to turn himself in to the authorities.
