I often wonder what Trump could do with loyal, American leadership in the House and Senate.
If only they could focus on the betterment of the nation within the constraints of the Constitution versus the next election.
Then my wondering daydream awakens me to reality.
He’d better enjoy it while he can, because one of these days, real soon, Obama will come back from vacation and be photographed walking stylishly in an urban environment for a magazine cover.
It’s called winning.
Something Republican Establishment types should try to do sometime. I don’t mean their stacked local district wins that easily keeps them in office either.
President Trump should learn a lesson from history. Keeping the previous president’s cabinet members is a VARY BAD thing. Just ask John Adams.
He finally fired two of the three Washington holdovers who were plotting behind his back, but it was too late.
“VERY” not VARY. I knew that.
What has he been doing that is so offensive to many? Sometimes I feel like I’m in a nightmare, it is us against them. That feeling actually began when Obama was elected. I think we can never go back to a place where we all want what is best to America.
@Val — Be of good cheer and hope, friend. I think we can and will get back to that place. I am encouraged by the fact that the pendulum never rests, and with the Left showing themselves to be the immoral, insane people they are, and with all of America and the world looking on — we have good reason to hope.
