DC: Donald Trump Jr. has pulled out of a fundraiser for George P. Bush, son of former Florida Governor Jeb Bush. Jeb’s recent criticism of President Donald Trump and the zero tolerance policy for illegal border crossings reportedly drew the line for Trump Jr.
The younger Bush, who parted ways with most of his family and backed Trump for president in 2016, had Trump Jr.’s support in his run for re-election as Texas land commissioner — but a tweet from Jeb Bush appears to have cost him Trump Jr.’s public support at a fundraiser in New York City scheduled for June 25th.
