PALM BEACH, FL — October 20, 2021 — Trump Media & Technology Group and Digital World Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: DWAC) have entered into a definitive merger agreement, providing for a business combination that will result in Trump Media & Technology Group becoming a publicly listed company, subject to regulatory and stockholder approval. The transaction values Trump Media & Technology Group at an initial enterprise value of $875 Million, with a potential additional earnout of $825 Million in additional shares (at the valuation they are granted) for a cumulative valuation of up to $1.7 Billion depending on the performance of the stock price post-business combination. Trump Media & Technology Group’s growth plans initially will be funded by DWAC’s cash in trust of $293 Million (assuming no redemptions).

If there’s only one thing we all should have understood from Trump’s campaign and presidency, it’s this: “Never, EVER, give up!”
When we consider the breadth and depth of the swamp, it is truly miraculous that POTUS Trump accomplished in 4 short years all the things that were accomplished under his leadership. He truly has an indomitable spirit and I believe his moving forward with this communications group is another promise kept.

@Joe I’m ambivalent about the blue at the moment-just an observation. I don’t think it’s necessary to scream red/white/blue. You’ll hate me saying this-but it might be more friendly to fence sitters to look techy first and MAGA second.

Good idea though I personally will not deal with apple or other downloaded apps.
FWIW, I have two issues I want Trump to address. (I don’t care about his marketing colors at this point.)
(1) His “Operation Warpspeed” and the disastrous COVID/Fauci/Gates vaccines he keeps taking credit for.
(2) His position on the Federal Reserve Bank that together with our Federal Government is destroying the U.S. and the Western World.
For me, failure to address those issues satisfactorily is grounds for rejection in 2024 in favor of a candidate who will.
We’re running out of time.
