Lifezette: President Donald Trump reportedly is sending 5,000 military troops to the border with Mexico in response to the latest caravan of Central American migrants marching north, intent on entering the U.S.
“Roughly 5,000 U.S. troops will be deploying to the southern border in response to the migrant caravan pushing north through Mexico, a U.S. official confirmed to Fox News,” Fox reporter Lucas Tomlinson said.
“Some of the troops will be deploying as early as Tuesday. The reinforcements headed to the U.S.-Mexico border are support troops, not combat troops. They will include engineers, aviation and medical personnel.”
Later on Monday, Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Commissioner Kevin McAleenan, U.S. Northern Command and North American Aerospace Defense Command Gen. Terrence John O’Shaughnessy, and Assistant Secretary of Defense for Homeland Defense and Global Security Kenneth P. Rapuano will provide further details on the deployment during a joint news conference.

Unless those troops are given authorization to directly deny entry, this ain’t nothing but a shit show.
why send in support troops? are they going to help support the illegals get here? send in the real military–combat troops just sitting around with nothing to do and waiting for a war. Don’t support this invasion—resist it with all means available. I’m tired of my-our money going to feed-cloth-educate and house these people. Come in legally or don’t come in.
ROE should be “Troops will shoot to kill anyone attempting to cross the border any place but a designated crossing.”
Relax! The President is not going to telegraph what he plans so those traveling with the caravan can figure out their next move!

Are logistic troops going there to help these thousands come into the USA? No arms means no defense at the border. Keep them inside Mexico! Don’t let any of them cross over, not even females or children. Let Mexico take are of them, or let them back track south to where they came from.
To me this is a pretend to enforce American borders fake out for the non tinkers!

I watched the PC and after being asked several times the guy said those who are issued arms will be armed.
Then I listened to the talking heads for a very short time who were harping it was illegal and that Obama said these are malnutrition folks and I had to turn it off, so I don’t know what else he or they said.
