Right to pray is on its way–what about the ROP?

Trump learned of the murder of the Ukrainian refugee who was murdered by a 14 time felon last month. He said he is going to study that today and respond tomorrow. My gut tells me that is going to be a doozy.

I received a New American Standard bible from the Presbyterian church in Ephrata, Wash. when I was 10 in 1963, I still have it. I carried it with me to Navy boot camp in the fall of 1972 and when I was laid up at the base infirmary with cellulitis in my left heel for a spell, I read it from cover to cover and was miraculously saved. Thank you, Jesus for revealing all of your truth to me, it saved my life when I was 19. I am a very fast and avid reader which is one of the gifts that God has given me.

…now Trump should go after states (I’m looking at you, CA) that have made it illegal to talk to so-called “transgenders” or gay people about Jesus in what they call “conversion therapy”. Belief in a higher power is the sole cause in all the 12 Steps that is credited with helping people get off and stay off alcohol.

The begats are the hardest part to read in the Old Testament. Now when I read them, I either skip over all the begats or just give them a cursory glance. They’re almost as Un cipherable as reading Russian literature like Solzhenitsyn or Dostoevsky with all the very hard to pronounce Russian names. I skip over those also.
