Trump Team Files for Fresh Recount in Georgia’s Presidential Race

Breitbart:

President Donald Trump’s campaign on Saturday announced a request for a recount of votes in the Georgia presidential race, just 24-hours after local officials certified the election results showing Joe Biden with a lead in the Peach State.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger (R) and Gov. Brian Kemp (R) certified Georgia’s election results on Friday, which found former Vice President Joe Biden ahead of Trump by 12,670 votes, or 0.26 percent, out of five million, following a week-long hand recount of all votes.

Kemp said in an announcement state law required him to certify the results but that his certification “paves the way for the Trump campaign to pursue other legal options and a separate recount if they choose.”

State law allows a candidate to request a recount if the margin is less than 0.5 percent. Trump’s campaign team had until Tuesday to make the request.

“We are focused on ensuring that every aspect of Georgia State Law and the U.S. Constitution are followed so that every legal vote is counted,” the Trump campaign legal team said in an unsigned statement, a sentiment previously echoed by Trump on social media. read more

  1. If accurate a couple women found a shredding truck at one of the GA voter facilities and they claimed they saw ballots being shredded and hauled off. They made a recording of the truck and followed it after having 2 calls to police ignored. What exactly are they counting if they have destroyed evidence? Someone also found some voting machines on the side of the road and the explanation was they were outdated. So you toss them out on a road? What the hell is going on in GA?

A shame they recorded the truck but didn’t think to go up to it and make a video of what was being taken to it to be shredded, and asked the people doing the shredding what they were shredding as well.

  3. There is no need of a statewide recount. We only need the four or five metro Atlanta counties looked at. Those don’t even need a ballot recount, a signature comparison on the mailed ballots would be plenty.

Too many plausible accounts of stacks of ‘mailed in ballots’ being counted that were flat as new copy paper. How do you get flat paper that has been folded to fit in an envelope? Two people are on record stating these same ballots had “machine perfect” bubble fill ins. Not pencil, not pen, printer toner.
