JTN: Former President Donald Trump’s campaign is livid in the wake of a Colorado Supreme Court ruling deeming him ineligible to appear on the state’s presidential ballot on 14th Amendment grounds and has vowed to take the matter to the U.S. Supreme Court.
The court on Tuesday determined that Trump engaged in an insurrection by inciting the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol Riot and was therefore barred from returning to high office. The judges stayed their ruling until Jan. 4, 2024, in apparent anticipation of an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
The Trump campaign in response, expressed little shock at the case’s outcome.
“Unsurprisingly, the all-Democrat appointed Colorado Supreme Court has ruled against President Trump, supporting a Soros-funded, left-wing group’s scheme to interfere in an election on behalf of Crooked Joe Biden by removing President Trump’s name from the ballot and eliminating the rights of Colorado voters to vote for the candidate of their choice,” said campaign spokesman Steven Cheung. more here

They tried this in Michigan and lost. They will eventually lose in Colorado.
And if not, everyone must write in Trump.
