GP: Former President Donald Trump released a fiery video statement, vehemently opposing attempts to reinstate COVID-19 restrictions, including lockdowns and mask and vaccine mandates.
Trump’s comments come amidst increased concerns over new variants of COVID-19 in an attempt to manipulate the upcoming 2024 presidential election.
In the video posted on Truth Social, Trump argued that the “left-wing lunatics” are employing scare tactics again about new COVID-19 variants to set the stage for renewed restrictions. He said that the real motive behind this is to influence the upcoming 2024 election through what he describes as an attempt to “restart the COVID hysteria.” more

I stopped in a gro ery store yesterday evening to grab a few things. After wakking in I immediately noticed several people in masks. Walking further into store I encountered more. Grabbed my few items and exited as soon as I was able as I found myself becoming increasingly pissed off realizing I was in the company of fools.
Masks are back in the Bay Area, even see them on solo drivers. Stores are not mandating them for entrance, yet.
Our current population is easily cowed, and this condition stems from a combination of too much faith in their government overlords and too little intellectual curiosity in getting the facts for themselves.
