His splendid solicitor general, John Sauer, has racked up 18 wins this year by staying lower court decisions against Trump and thereby allowing the president to exercise the full “executive power” granted by Article II of the Constitution.
These victories have been on emergency applications to the Supreme Court, where it is difficult to obtain the justices’ attention and even more challenging to prevail. Also called the “shadow docket,” these wins by Trump have come quickly, without oral argument, often by a 6-3 or greater margin.
Seven of these wins have been on deporting illegal aliens, five on firing unnecessary federal workers, four on terminating wasteful federal spending, one on ending transgender personnel in the military, and one on stopping the epidemic of nationwide injunctions by district court judges.

The majority of scotus should never have been appointed in the first place. We need more like Judge Pirro, Alina Habba and yes Sydney Powell who know the Constitution.

Include this nugget of truth in the State of the Union. Also include the number of appointments that have been held up by the Demoncrat cvnts in the Senate. Finally, point out that Red states have learned the Blue state gerrymander trick for congressional districts. Knock over the microphone and walk out.
Congress has the power to regulate Federal courts (except the Supreme Court).
I am impressed that the SC is holding the line against the Judicial coup by the lower courts.

Putting your faith in the SCOTUS is like thinking the congressional republicans are republican.
The SCOTUS needs to clean up the brain rotted judges that keep going down the same path. Get rid of them.

Not are the Rogue Judges running amok through the legal system….they are wasting tons of money and the TIME of the Supreme Court. The Supremes have to re-litigate the same cases that they already have turned over.
There are other cases that need attention, but because the lower courts seemed determined to plug up and slow down the system because Orange Man Bad….everyone has to suffer.
Trump and the Supreme Court need to get the court system cleaned up. Right now it is a joke.
He’s winning his appeals to the SCOTUS but if you look at the rulings being handed down they are almost invariably split along “party lines”…meaning we have a HUGE problem with that court also.
