DC: Cathy Areu, a journalist and author, appeared on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” to defend House minority leader Nancy Pelosi of California, who could become the Speaker of the House if Democrats win back a majority of seats in 2018.
Carlson said, “[Pelosi] lives in one of the richest zip codes in the world, in Pacific Heights in San Francisco…”
Areu interrupted, “Just like Trump lived in one of the richest places…”
“That’s fine,” the Daily Caller co-founder said. “I‘m not here to defend Trump’s zip code. I’m just asking, do you really think that Nancy Pelosi represents all women?
“Well, absolutely. She is not bought and paid for by anyone. That means she’s there for her own passion.” she answered.
Carlson laughed and said, “Your faith is childlike, and therefore impressive.” Watch
