And since Kali legalization, the floor has dropped out, street price ~$15/oz… They’re going to jail for less than $500k… All the (cough) “ranches” around the old KR family homestead are trying to cash out. No point in being super rural & hidden anymore.
I will say this… It was funny as hell driving thru Mendocino and Humboldt county earlier this year… They now have Ag billboards, much like you might see in Texas or Iowa promoting hybrid seeds for corn, soy, sorghum, etc… But they’re for weed… SMDH!
