UK: Panic Buying at McDonald’s

Via Geller Report-

PANIC BUYING AT MCDONALD’S AHEAD OF CORONAVIRUS CLOSURE OF RESTAURANTS ACROSS UK.

Pictures have revealed queues of people attempting to get one last McDonald’s fix before the chain shuts up shop across the UK due to coronavirus.

McDonald’s restaurants around the country will shut from 7pm today in a bid to adhere to social distancing rules and stop the spread of the deadly infection. It is not yet clear when the chain will be able to reopen.

Previously, it closed its seating areas but still offered takeaway and drive-thru services. But in a statement on Sunday, a company spokesperson said all restaurants in the UK and Ireland will be closed for the foreseeable future to protect the ‘wellbeing and safety of our employees…as well as the best interests of our customers’. more

  1. Just imagine that inner city underclass folks tend to eat many meals per week at fast food joints. As stores close and supply lines shut down, hunger, panic, looting, and robbery will quickly follow.

And it’s not just the inner-city folks who were caught unprepared. Most suburbanites have their pants around their ankles about now.

Don’t advertise your preps, keep you blinds closed, and keep a gun on you at all times. If you are out of the house, set your alarm. If any of your family are home all day, have this discussion with them and encourage them to stay armed, as well. When the door gets kicked in, the gun on your person is the only one that will matter.

And one final thought: The best armed, organized, trained, and most violent gang in your area could well be your local PD.

  3. Lance o’ Lot,
Kind of difficult to pick out any one family to loot in my area. My neighborhood is majority Mormon, and “we” have lots of storage. And I don’t know about anyone else (in my neighborhood), but I’m armed enough, with an attitude enough to rush to a neighbor’s rescue.
