Politicians, bureaucratic functionaries, and lawyers are exceedingly generous with the lives of others — whether it’s provoking a war between nations or, in this case, pandering to those who keep them in office or on retainer.
As early as the mid-1970s, General Motors was well aware of a shocking design flaw in a line of their trucks, which placed side saddle gas tanks outside the vehicle frame, resulting in over 2000 deaths from post-collision fires. A study concluded the flaw was the worst crash fire defect in the history of the U.S. Department of Transportation; 20 times that of the famous exploding Ford Pinto’s gas tank problem.
Why am I bringing this up? Cold-blooded, calculated risk on behalf of law-abiding citizens. GM refused to abide by the DOT’s *voluntary* recall requests as needless lives were snuffed out and families were destroyed.

IN THE U.S. ….. How many school shooters, Vegas shooter and/or terrorists were known by the FBI and other alphabet agencies and the murders were not stopped.
Due to unvetted illegal criminal/terrorists immigrants flown in from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Syria and those who just walked across the border are a greater threat to national security than grandma on J6 or school board meetings, catholics, evangelicals or people who post sensitive memes.
The FBI, ATF, CIA, NSA, Homeland Security need to be shaken to their roots and NOT focus on law abiding US Citizens, but real and present dangers.
