University of Missouri Officials Say Men Asking Out Smaller Women Could Violate Title IX

Townhall: Some officials at the University of Missouri believe that a physically larger man asking a smaller woman out on a date violates the school’s Title IX policies, according to part of a motion for summary judgment released by a doctoral student in his case against the school.

In the December 24th document, Andy Hayes, the assistant vice chancellor of civil rights and Title IX at the school, agreed with her predecessor, Cathy Scroggs, that one student simply asking another student out on a date could violate Title IX.

According to the court documents, Scroggs argued that “asking someone out on a date who is physically smaller” qualifies as having power over them.  MORE HERE

  1. At the risk of being politically incorrect, that’s one way to make sure that fat girls can get dates at UM.

But if the girls are physically bigger than the soy boys they are dating, won’t that mean that they now have wrongful “authority” over the males (or is that gender stereotyping)?

Trying to be a SJW is soooo confusing!

Maybe Bruce Gender ……errrr …. Jenner ….. errr … Caitlyn could find a date at UM under the new rules.

  2. I believe that if I asked Big Mike out in person she would accept the date. I am larger than she is, my skin is darker, and my under bite would fit perfectly with her overbite. She’d leave that dope smoking mac daddy faster than Oprah could shake a stick at a new Caddy.

  3. I’ve dated them all…
Some were big and the others quite small…
    Fat ones, Skinny ones..
    you know what I mean…
I don’t chew a bone that is far too lean…
When it comes to dating I don’t really push…
Because the whole purpose is, just a little piece of Tush….

  4. ‘At the risk of being politically incorrect’
Found this to be one of the funniest most sensitive correct thread here in months!
“Cept for the PC term of Little people. We all need to appreciate and respect each other,,,
    I do now,,,

  5. I can’t wait to see UM men’s basketball and football teams in a couple years. They’ll be hilarious.
What 6’11” center would accept a free ride to go to UM knowing he’s guaranteed to get slapped with an harassment/assault charge?

  6. Pure, unadulterated bullshit.
Why are we paying for this?
    Huh?
    Somebody splain it to me?

Get tax dollars out of this morass, this quicksand, this black hole of wealth.
Like the “Roach Motel” – Money checks in, but it never checks out!
Like a boat – a hole in the water you throw your money in.
“Public Universities” are a bad joke on the public – festering cesspools of nihilistic totalitarian indoctrination parading as educational institutions.

  7. Sorry, University Officials, but Title IX applies to the University as an organization, not to individual students. It governs administration of policy, not individual social behavior.
